Good morning,
We have received multiple reports of issues with the Exclaimer Add-in for Outlook, not allowing people to send emails from their local Outlook installs.
The issue described is when pressing "Send", the error presented is "Exclaimer is working on this" or "Add-ins are still running on this message. The message won't be sent until the add-in completes. Do you want to wait for them to finish?".
Please note that Exclaimer are aware of this issue and are working with Microsoft to get a release to fix this.
The workaround advised by Exclaimer support currently, is to reduce the deployment of the add-in via the steps detailed in the video below.

Thank you for your patience on this Exclaimer add-in issue, while we worked with Exclaimer to find the fault.
Please note that Exclaimer have now rolled out a fix for this, the details of it are below:

A new update has now been released that contains a fix for the behaviour you have been seeing, this was released at 4.47 am UTC today and will start automatically rolling out to all customers via Microsoft's Integrated Apps feature.
The latest version is 1.12.300.3, please see the steps below to confirm that this has been made available to your tenant.

In some cases, you may need to manually update the add-in via the Integrated Apps portal or install again from the App Store if you have previously sideloaded via the Custom Apps option.
