Good morning,
We're aware of an issue that started yesterday shortly after our general maintenance, regarding notifications of customer's AOBO Status.
Please be advised these notifications are to be viewed as erroneous and can be ignored. This was caused by an issue in our system failing to synchronise between our platform and the Microsoft Partner Centre, resulting in these false positive notices.
Once we have repaired this issue, a new sync will take place. You may then act on any notifications as you deem fit. However for now, regarding the current notices, there should be no cause for concern.

Our development team have resolved the issue that caused the erroneous notices regarding AOBO for some customers.
Those notices can be disregarded, however any new ones should be treated as genuine.
