Good afternoon,

We have identified an issue, which is preventing ConnectWise backup orders from completing when placed in the Cloud Market.

Symptoms: When the order is placed, you will receive confirmation that the order is being processed, however this does not complete.

Our Development Team are investigating this at high priority, and we will aim to provide a further update as soon as possible.

During this time, we would like to advise to refrain from attempting to place the order multiple times.
